All of Rock/Creek’s trail races are located within a short drive of downtown Chattanooga. We recommend lodging located in the heart of Chattanooga’s business and entertainment district.

Hotels:

The Chattanoogan 800.619.0018

Rock/Creek has partnered with the Chattanoogan Hotel to offer you $10 a night off any room. Click here to book now and the discount will be automatically applied.

Here are a few other hotels we would suggest (click hotel name to see a map with location):

Chattanooga Choo Choo 423.266.5000
Hilton Garden Inn 423.308.9000
Doubletree Hotel 423.756.5150

In addition, here are a few less-expensive hotels, no more than 20 minutes from the starting line of the StumpJump 50k and about 5 minutes from downtown Chattanooga.

Comfort Inn Lookout Mtn 423.825.6100
Comfort Suites 423.265.0008
Best Western on Cummings Hwy 423.821.6840

Full-service camping:

Raccoon Mountain Caverns Campground 423.821.9403
Shipp’s RV Center and Campground 423.892.8275
Best Holiday Trav-L-Park 706.891.9766

Hostels:

Crash Pad Chattanooga, “An Uncommon Hostel,” has private rooms in addition to bunks. Visit www.crashpadchattanooga.com, or call 423.648.8393 for information.

I have entered the stage race via ultrasignup.com. I also paid for a campsite at the same time. Where will this camping be located. Thanks.

Tim, we actually have no idea — the Wild Trails Race Director, Randy Whorton, handles all of these logistics and doesn’t keep us in the loop. You’ll need to email him directly.
