With holiday shopping starting to accelerate, you may be worried about getting your products in time to get them under the tree on Christmas Eve. We understand, and we want to help put you at ease, while still instilling enough of a sense of panic that you actually do go ahead and shop for the gift ideas you need with plenty of time for transit.
While weather like snow, sleet, and rain can’t stop the postmaster, they can stop the big shipping trucks that move your packages around the country. So, while there’s never a 100% guarantee that you can get your package in time, we’re willing to stand by the dates below, and if you don’t get your package in time we’ll refund your shipping cost (and feel really bad about it).
If you’ve already waited too long to shop for holiday gifts for the outdoorsman or woman in your life, may we suggest a handy gift card? If you call our customer service agents, we can even give you a gift code that can be used online and you don’t even have to wait for the physical card to come in the mail.
So, now that you know how long you can wait to shop, why not start now with these great gift ideas? We polled our buyers and staff and came up with the top 100 outdoor gift items that are under $100. We also have gift categories for each activity–like gifts for the hiker, gifts for the climber, etc. If you need more help deciding what to get, you could always check out our backpackers gear list. If you have anyone on the list who’s into skiing, you have to see our Marmot ski collections, organized by our favorite resorts. Start at the Marmot Alta Ski Collection and you can click through each resort from there.
If you get a move on and order this weekend you can still get our free economy shipping over $49 and we’ll make sure it gets to you in time. If you’re shopping after Monday next week you’ll want to follow the schedule above to make sure your gifts make it on time.
As always, we’d love to see what you get and where it takes you. Rock/Creek’s staff love getting outdoors and we love seeing our customers using the gear we use too. Share your photos on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest, and be sure to tag or mention us!
Wishing you the best Christmas ever,
