Introducing Boardworks Stand-up Paddleboards (SUP) at Rock/Creek

Category: Paddling

March 22, 2012 By Jeff Bartlett

With Summer already here, and SUP really taking off in Chattanooga, our product research team has been on the hunt for new Stand-Up Paddleboards to bring to town. It’s been a long, fun journey, but the hunt is over.

We already have two great product lines in Naish and BICSup, but something was missing. Maybe something inflatable, or a more affordable EPX board, or perhaps whitewater is more your style. Introducing: Boardworks.

The new SUP boards cover every category from incredibly stable, portable, inflatable boards, to beautifully crafted, sleek racing boards.

We’re also picking up an assortment of “all-around” boards. These feature EPS foam cores and epoxy resin shells, and are designed for touring or light surf.

Our staff already had an on-water opportunity to play with and learn about Boardworks’ wide selection, and they gave a serious stamp of approval. We should be ready to answer any questions you may have, and we’ll also provide a few chances for on-water demos this summer. The new line of SUP boards is now available at Rock/Creek Paddlesports (1530 Riverside Dr, Chattanooga TN) and will be available online soon. If you’re in the market for a new summer hobby, check out these boards for recreation, exercise, yoga, or anything else you please.

See you on the river! ~Sara
