Today, we received a new Patagonia jacket that we’re really excited to share with everyone: the Patagonia Adze Jacket, a brand new style for 2012.
In a nutshell, the Patagonia Adze Jacket is totally windproof… and it’s also stretchy, breathable, and comfortable for everyday wear. Using a new fabric technology called Polartec Windbloc, the Adze means you can leave the windbreaker at home and stay comfortable with fewer layers.
It’s no secret that, at Rock/Creek, we’re big fans of Patagonia outerwear. For years, our most popular windproof softshell jackets have been The North Face Apex Bionic Jacket & Marmot Gravity Jacket, but — as it to be expected of Patagonia — the Adze Jacket is no slouch.
Its stretch-woven fabric doesn’t feel bulky, the fit is superb and the attention to detail is wonderful. We dare you to try one on without falling in love.
At $139, it’s also one of the best values in Patagonia’s lineup!
The Men’s Adze Jacket is available in six colors right now; the women’s Adze Jacket is available in two, with more coming soon. Shop here:
