2010 Race Team- Sal Coll

New to the Rock/Creek Race Team for 2010-

Sal Coll

Sal 1 Age: 48

Occupation: Boiler Technician (McKee Foods)

I have always been into health and fitness most of my life, I enjoy all sports and I have been a bowler most of my life. I enjoy the feeling you get from working out and being fit. I have always been a runner throughout the years but not a serious runner, I would train for a Marathon and run it and then get into something else. I got into bodybuilding for a long time and really enjoyed it but I would still want to run all the time, so I gave up bodybuilding and started running, I started out with short runs and got back into the marathons. In 2003 I started running on trails and I just knew this was my passion.

Years Running: 12 years

Favorite Trail Race: Chattanooga Mountains Stage Race

Favorite Training Trail: Raccoon Mountain its fast, rolling and you can run different distances in the same loop.
